What information do we need for an enquiry and what information do we need for a booking?
In order to prepare an offer for you, we need your full name as stated in your travel document, your email address and your telephone number. Additional information such as the date of travel, destination and special requests helps us to customise the offer. When you make a booking, we also need your date of birth, your address and the names of all fellow travellers.

Can I get a personal consultation?
Yes, personal consultation is our top priority. We offer this by telephone, online or, in special cases, in person in Berlin.

How do I receive my booking confirmation and invoice?
We will send you a written confirmation and the deposit invoice by email within a few days. Please check all the relevant data for accuracy upon receipt.

How do I receive my tickets for the events?
You will receive the tickets electronically or by post. In special cases, we can also organise for them to be deposited at the box office.

Personalised itineraries: Can I customise the itinerary and that can be found on the website?
Yes, of course. All the trips mentioned on the website are for inspiration and will be individually and exclusively adapted to your wishes by mutual agreement. Flexibility is our top priority.

Payment: What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by bank transfer to the specified bank account, by credit card, SEPA direct debit or instant bank transfer.

Payment: By when do I have to pay for my trip?
The deposit, usually 20 per cent of the cost of the holiday, is due within 10 days of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 28 days before departure. You will find the exact details of the payment deadlines for your deposit and balance payment on your invoice.

Music Travel Hideaways offers individual and unique music trips where the music experience is an essential part. Therefore, in addition to travel and accommodation, our offers also include tickets for special concerts.

The travel security note protects you in the event that the tour operator becomes insolvent. It ensures that any money you have already paid will be refunded.

No insurance is included in the price of the tour. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance and other travel insurance as needed. For trips abroad, travel health insurance is highly recommended, which you can also arrange directly with us.
